Rex Nichols Architects has been established for more than 30 years and is dedicated to the design of high quality residential and commercial projects and specializes in waterfront properties.
Based in Boca Raton, Fla., Nichols has been active in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and currently serves as chairman of the Boca Raton Historical Preservation Board.

Private residencies abroad have been created in various locations in Europe, Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Bahamas.
Rex Nichols Architects takes sustainable architecture seriously, with LEED Accredited Professionals who have provided sustainability consultancy for well-known architectural firms such as Foster + Partners, Rafael Viñoly, Kohn Pedersen Fox, OMA and Richard Rogers.
