Kelly Dodd of Real Housewives of Orange County Sells Oasis

The beach-chic home features chef’s kitchen, slide-away glass walls and rooftop deck

Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Kelly Dodd has sold her palatial oceanside home in Newport Beach for $5 million. Known for its Delano South Beach Hotel-style décor, this four-story, 4,370 square foot, newly remodeled, resort-style residence is located at 3014 Breakers Drive. Nicole Contreras, agent with Nourmand & Associates, a luxury real estate boutique, represented Dodd in the listing along with Leo Goldschwartz of McMonigle Group Corp.

The four-bedroom and four-bathroom home has an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light and offers panoramic views of Big Corona Beach. The home also features an elevator, three car garage, and expansive rooftop deck that overlooks the ocean and is perfect for entertaining guests.

“This home is a gem in the middle of paradise. From the inspiring sunsets over Catalina Island and view of Newport Harbor to its proximity to Fashion Island, the house is ideal for the surfer or the executive,” said Contreras. “Kelly took great care in making sure every feature of the house is in immaculate condition.”

“My favorite aspect of the house is the rooftop deck, where you can relax while enjoying stunning ocean views,” Dodd said. “This home is really an entertainer’s dream.”
