Venus Williams is bringing her distinctive approach to interior design to Miami Beach, where her design firm, V Starr, is shaping the interiors of NoBe PARC Miami Beach, a new residential development in the city’s North Beach neighborhood. The latest addition to the project is a selection of furnishings from Williams’ recently launched collection with Crate & Barrel, bringing another personal element of her design vision to the property.

Developed by Robert Finvarb Companies, the 15-story condominium will feature 232 fully finished and furnished residences just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by Arquitectonica, with TAG Architecture serving as architect of record, the development combines contemporary coastal architecture, thoughtfully curated interiors, and a collection of resort-inspired amenities.

A Personal Approach to Interior Design

Williams founded V Starr in 2002, establishing a design practice that has since expanded into hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors. At NoBe PARC, the firm is responsible for creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout the property, with an emphasis on sophisticated materials, contemporary furnishings, and comfortable living spaces.

The design connection has become even more personal with the introduction of select pieces from Williams’ new Crate & Barrel collection, which launched September 15. Featuring nearly 200 pieces across the retailer’s home and children’s collections, the collaboration draws inspiration from the geometry and movement of tennis, interpreted through sculptural forms, refined materials, and an Italian design sensibility.

Williams traveled to Milan with the Crate & Barrel team to source marble and stone for the collection. Rather than incorporating overt references to the sport, the designs express its influence through subtle architectural details, including curved furniture silhouettes, distinctive chair backs, and sculptural table bases.

At NoBe PARC, these pieces will complement the interiors envisioned by V Starr, creating a connection between Williams’ residential design work and her latest furniture collaboration.

“This is our first ground-up residential project after more than two decades in hotels,” says Robert Finvarb, CEO of Robert Finvarb Companies. “Hospitality teaches you that guests can feel when every detail of a space was planned together, and we wanted owners to feel the same way here.”

Finvarb adds that Williams has been involved in the development from the beginning through V Starr, making the incorporation of her furniture collection a natural extension of the project’s design direction.

Fully Furnished Coastal Residences

Located at 7140 Abbott Avenue, NoBe PARC will offer a collection of residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom-plus-den floor plans, with prices starting in the high $500,000s and reaching approximately $2 million.

The residences, which average under 500 square feet, are designed to maximize functionality while maintaining a sophisticated residential atmosphere. Expansive windows, contemporary finishes, and carefully selected furnishings contribute to interiors that embrace the light and relaxed character of Miami Beach.

Each residence will be delivered fully finished and furnished, with interiors designed by V Starr and furnishings provided by Crate & Barrel. The turnkey approach eliminates much of the planning and coordination associated with furnishing a second home, allowing owners to enjoy their residences upon completion.

The development will also offer short-term rental flexibility, providing an option for owners who wish to generate rental income when they are not using their properties. For buyers seeking a coastal retreat or an investment property, the combination of professionally designed interiors and furnished residences offers an appealing degree of convenience.

Resort-Style Amenities in North Beach

Beyond the residences, NoBe PARC will feature a collection of amenities designed around Miami Beach’s outdoor lifestyle. A resort-style swimming pool and expansive deck will provide space for relaxation, while rooftop cabanas and yoga areas will offer additional opportunities to enjoy South Florida’s year-round climate.

Wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and social gathering areas will complement the residential experience, along with Beach Club offerings that connect owners to the surrounding coastal setting. The development will also incorporate approximately 11,500 square feet of ground-floor retail along 72nd Street, Abbott Avenue, and Byron Avenue, adding to the walkable character of the neighborhood.

North Beach offers a more residential alternative to the activity of South Beach, with neighborhood restaurants, parks, and cultural destinations within easy reach. The nearby Miami Beach Bandshell, a popular venue for live music and community events, adds to the area’s appeal, while the Atlantic shoreline is just a short walk from the property.

For Robert Finvarb Companies, whose portfolio includes Hyatt Centric South Beach and several other hospitality developments, NoBe PARC represents an opportunity to translate decades of hotel development experience into a residential setting. The emphasis on coordinated interiors, furnished residences, and resort-inspired amenities reflects that hospitality background while introducing a more flexible approach to coastal ownership.

With Williams’ design influence extending from the shared spaces to individual furnishings, NoBe PARC brings a recognizable creative perspective to one of Miami Beach’s evolving residential neighborhoods.

Sales are being handled by OneWorld Properties, led by president and CEO Peggy Olin, with completion anticipated in late 2028.
