Chileno Bay Resort & Residences
Beachfront resort and residential villa community Chileno Bay Resort & Residences in Los Cabos, Mexico broke ground late 2018 on its final phase of development: 14 contemporary ocean-view units that will debut in 2020. Villas range from four to five bedrooms with pricing starting at $2.5 million. Four-bedroom units span 3,435 square feet with an additional 1,200 square feet of covered outdoor living space. The five-bedroom penthouse residence sits at 5,554 square feet and features two ocean-facing master suites, private rooftop pool, 2,600 square feet of covered terrace space, and wine cellar.

Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, a hotel and residences development expected to open in 2020, marks the brand’s first Andaz residences in the Caribbean. The 5.5-acre resort will be comprised of a 59-key hotel and a 74-unit branded residences. Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay will include studios; one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units; and penthouses with four bedrooms.

Tucker’s Point
On the market now at Tucker’s Point, a master-planned development in Bermuda, is a collection of rare home sites overlooking the golf course and waterfront. These parcels are among the last handful that non-Bermudians can purchase island-wide. Lots at Tucker’s Point range from $800,000 to $3 million and from .25 to .75 acres. In Q1 2019, Harbour Court, a residence club at Tucker’s Point, will relaunch fractional sales to the public. Harbour Court offers two- to four-bedroom fractional ownership options starting at $199,000.

Port St. George
Star Resort Group Inc. recently announced plans for The Bahamas’ first eco-engineered luxury waterfront destination, Port St. George. The development’s various real estate offerings include: 515 residences, five-star hotel and spa, 640-berth full-service marina, yacht club, ocean beach club, and several sports facilities. Port St. George will be accessible by both commercial and private aircraft.

Rock House
Rock House, the first residential resort tucked into the limestone cliffs of Providenciales’ north shore, is launching sales for nine new homes in The Reserve. The condos will overlook the main resort and feature three two-story buildings with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units on the first level and full-floor penthouses directly above. The focal point of The Reserve will be a quarry pool carved directly out of the limestone cliffs—a first for Turks and Caicos. Homes in this section of the resort are priced between $695,000 and $1.475 million.

Fairmont Maldives
The recently opened Fairmont Maldives, Sirru Fen Fushi is a 120-villa luxury island resort designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The resort includes a 200-meter swimming pool that traverses the length of the island, a semi-submerged art installation created by underwater naturalist and artist Jason deCaires Taylor, and an intricate open-air bamboo bar crafted by Balinese artisans.
