The 1,400-acre master-planned community in Los Cabos being developed by Ohana Real Estate Investors, LLC (Ohana) on the Golden Corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas in southern Baja, Mexico, is to be called Twin Dolphin. The name was chosen to pay homage to the former iconic Hotel Twin Dolphin, one of the first luxury hotels in Los Cabos, and the decision comes on the heels of many updates in the first half of 2016.

All of these elements are approved, and development has been ongoing in phases within the community. Maravilla Los Cabos is a currently active and operational private residential community spanning both Las Viudas Beach and the renowned Santa Maria Bay.
