The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu

Redefining luxury in Honolulu, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu will introduce a rare opportunity for owners to live in a 37-story tower rising 418 feet and overlooking the cityscape and Ala Moana coastline. Featuring leading design by auWorkshop architects+urbanists and blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor, each residence will open to a generous lanai offering breathtaking views. Located on the uppermost floors, the 99 residences have spacious and open floor plans accentuated by interiors by Dianna Wong. Each retreat blends classicism and modernity and is marked by sparing use of color and simple geometry.  Pricing includes select residences starting around $2 million and range up to $35 million, with a mid-2023 completion date.

Cabot Cape Breton

Cabot Links on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, features award-winning accommodations, three restaurants, and 36 holes of golf. It is best known for having two of the World’s Top 100 golf courses. Cabot is launching the next phase on Cape Breton Island with a stunning collection of new homes and amenities. The newly released eight, four-bedroom luxury Residences at Cabot Cliffs will overlook the dramatic coastline and the 11th fairway of the famed Cabot Cliffs course.

Prices range from $2 to $2.6 million. A short course, putting course, clubhouse complex, and health and wellness center will round out the new offerings for the residential community.

White Elephant Palm Beach

White Elephant Palm Beach, a boutique hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, will open early this year. Completely redeveloped by Boston-based New England Development and designed by architectural firm Elkus Manfredi, this new hotel represents a total renovation of the former 1920s-era Bradley Park Hotel. A contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean Revival architecture, White Elephant’s concept also respects the history of the existing four-story landmark building. A total of 13 rooms and 19 spacious suites will be residential in scale with lush outdoor spaces. Both penthouse suites have living rooms, kitchens, and large outdoor terraces. The property will also include a signature restaurant, private dining rooms, and outdoor seating. 

Rancho San Lucas 

Rancho San Lucas is the newest resort community in Los Cabos, Mexico, set on 834 acres of Pacific coastline. The master planned resort community includes the new Grand Solmar Rancho San Lucas Hotel & Resort with several restaurants and bars, luxury seaside spa, beachfront cabanas, infinity pool, and salt water lagoon that winds throughout the property. The low-density community hosts luxury estate homes and beachfront condominiums, and villas. The development has a tennis facility, sports complex, 15 miles of trails, and a new signature Greg Norman-designed golf course opening in February. Pricing ranges from $650,000 to $7 million.

Navy Beach St. Thomas

After a decade of operating its flagship in the Hamptons, Navy Beach recently announced a partnership with Island Global Yachting Ltd. (IGY) to expand into IGY’s Caribbean superyacht destinations at Yacht Haven Grande St. Thomas and Yacht Club at Isle de Sol St. Maarten. Navy Beach St. Thomas features outdoor seating for more than 100 guests, a comfortable outdoor lounge, and 20-seat bar, all with unobstructed views of the surrounding yachts and Charlotte Amalie Harbor. Navy Beach St. Maarten will open early this year in Simpson Bay following a multimillion-dollar redesign of the lagoon-front facility. It promises a variety of indoor-outdoor elements and can accommodate events for up to 250 people.
