Siari is perched within the vast cliffside enclave of Nauka. This highly-anticipated living experience blends the natural flora and fauna of Mexico’s Pacific Coast with bespoke amenities that celebrate the surrounding landscape. The name derives from the four distinct ecosystems Nauka’s 800 acres inhabit: an old-growth jungle, volcanic cliffs, a mangrove estuary, and a pristine 3-mile beachfront. Projecting this same ethos, Nauka is thoughtfully designed through a low-density and minimal-footprint approach in partnership with world-renowned, AD100 architectural team Olson Kundigwhose work is known for blurring the lines between landscape and living.

The Terraces, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Florida 

The Terraces, a boutique luxury condominium in Fort Lauderdale Beach developed by Latitude Group and designed by architecture firm Garcia Stromberg, features only 22 residences—all corner units. Residences range from 1,775 to 2,700 square feet and include floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows and spacious private terraces. Residents will have access to a relaxation deck with pool and cabanas, fitness center, space for yoga, and two summer kitchens, all reserved for only the 22 residences to access.

Each of the condominiums offer layouts featuring warm sunlit private terraces and unique views. To bring the outdoors in, architect Garcia Stromberg opted for floor-to-ceiling impact glass windows with 10-foot ceiling heights in each condominium to provide ocean views to the East and Intracoastal views to the West, while also incorporating the cityscape. From their homes, residents have the pleasure of enjoying the lush environment from their expansive white wrap-around terraces, which mimic the feeling of a waterside villa and offer a connection to the outdoors, while supplying privacy to residents.

With 10 floors, The Terraces honors the Art Deco history of the area, while bringing it into modern times and embracing its beachfront surroundings. The unique terrace designs for each residence maintain functionality and practicality of construction. Though the actual shapes and configurations of the terraces were adjusted throughout the development of the project, the main concept remained in place and is still prominent in the final design.

With Marcela Lombana designing the interiors, the goal was to showcase beachside living at its finest. Sophisticated residences combine modern design and thoughtful amenities to provide the ultimate tropical living experience. With special consideration given to the residences’ unique surroundings, the designer-ready units feature a custom palette of sumptuous textures, modern style and breezy elegance.

Cinnamon Shore, a master-planned community on Mustang Island, Texas, developed by Jeff Lamkin, Principal, Sea Oats Group, is adding multiple amenities at its sister property, Cinnamon Shore South. The new attractions, most set to break ground this summer and fall, include a town square with a stage, spa, retail and dining district, neighborhood pools, fitness center, sports facilities, event venue, dog park, and outdoor social gathering areas.

Fall 2023 will greet guests and homeowners with a new Family Pool & Splash Pad that will connect to Cinnamon Shore South’s popular cabana-lined pool. With a new landmark tower, this gorgeous new amenity by Schnell Urban Design, NucoS Pools, and Seven Custom Homes will overlook a large lake and feature a splash pad and Instagram-worthy wall.  

South Town Square is slated to break ground in 2024, a project of Kimmel Studio Architects. With extensive experience in waterfront properties along the Chesapeake Bay, the company is planning this 100,000-plus-square foot town hub, set along the west side of the village’s primary lake and centered around a waterfront stage, green space, and a boardwalk with a walkable connection to the entire community. Bay Harbor Islands, Florida  La Maré Residences Bay Harbor Islands is a collection of boutique buildings featuring 42 residences. The beachfront residences at The St. Regis Cap Cana will be the first and only five-star branded real estate offering in Cap Cana. The development includes 47 beachfront homes and 15 golf terrace residences, as well as six Astor residences and two penthouses. Owners will have access to the amenities and services of St. Regis including the owners-only private beach and pool.
