Mexico’s Pacific Coast is blessed with beguiling beaches, but few match the idyllic natural beauty of Chamela Bay, home to a new and exclusive private community.

Costa Chamela Corp. has released its inaugural residential offerings – two expansive land lots and an existing home – at Las Rosadas, a 420-acre estate set on more than a mile of pristine beachfront.

Located between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo on Mexico’s Costalegre, Las Rosadas offers residents a unique ocean home with concierge-style services, including transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, shopping and dining.

Las Rosadas reflects the vision of its owners, San Franciscans Tom and Kiki Miller, who live at the property part-time with their family and are dedicated to delivering a luxury residential community with an unwavering commitment to the environment.

More than two-thirds of the property will be left untouched as a protected natural preserve and green space. The site also neighbors the Chamela-Cuixmala Biosphere Reserve and Chamela Bay Island Sanctuary.

Tom Miller, CEO of Costa Chamela Corp. and CEO and founder of The Miller Law Firm, has been a leading construction litigation attorney for 40 years.

In 2005, when the site was awarded to the family by the Mexican government, Miller began applying his expertise to designing, planning and creating Las Rosadas. He now has environmental approval for the first new project in Chamela Bay in decades.

“Nothing like it exists in the vicinity,” he says, “so home seekers are provided with an opportunity to become early adaptors of an exciting destination as well as active participants in the evolution of a new and spectacular coastal community.”

The initial category includes two bluff-top lots ranging in size from two to three acres and priced from $4.75 million to $7.95 million.

The second category is the Millers’ existing home, Paloma Blanca, a 12,271-square-foot villa with six bedrooms and eight baths, listed for sale at $10.75 million.

Blending indoor living with outdoor space, the estate features bespoke architecture, a robust artwork collection, a saltwater pool and ocean views.

Las Rosadas residents will also have access to a beach palapa, bar and grill and an array of watersports and sightseeing excursions overseen by an experienced general manager. lasrosadas.com
