Bentley Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the first Bentley branded residential tower, is a 62-story tower projected to have more than 200 three-bedroom condominiums. The condos at Bentley Residences will offer ocean, bay, and Miami skyline views. Property amenities include a cinema, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, pool, spa, gym, and cabanas. Bentley Residences is developed by Dezer Development and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. Nayara Bocas Bali, Bocas Bali, Panama
Nayara Bocas Bali features 16 over-water villas on a private island and is home to the world’s first over-water beach. Originally opened in 2021, the exclusive, all-inclusive, adults-only Bocas Bali property includes select villas with glass floor panels for underwater marine viewing while others have saltwater pools and steps that lead into the sea; all include floor-to-ceiling windows.
