Grace Bay Resorts in Turks & Caicos will soon welcome to its luxury portfolio a new private enclave, The Residences, a gated micro-resort comprising three custom homes. Miami prepares to welcome Echo Brickell

When it opens in December 2016, echo Brickell will rise 60 stories and 750 feet above Miami’s financial district, making it the tallest all-residential development on the city’s skyline.

With only 190 luxury residences, Echo Brickell fea- tures conceptual design by Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott. When complete, the development will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans spanning from the ninth to 42nd floors, and full- and half-floor penthouse units from the 43rd to 61st floors. Units will offer 10- to 14-foot ceilings, Apple smart-home technology, Wolf stoves and custom hoods, Sub-Zero appliances, and out- door barbecues on eight-foot terraces.

One of the most unique features of the exterior of the project is an open space located in the cutout through the middle floors of the tower that will house a full-floor pool deck, allowing residents to swim from one side of the building to the other. A fitness center and spa will be suspended over the pool. Other services and ameni- ties include a cutting-edge parking system, resort-style poolside service, 24-hour concierge, and ground-floor retail space.
