Hot on the heels of its successful BE Beach Enclave development on the north shore of Providenciales, BE has launched the second phase of its exclusive luxury villas portfolio in Turks and Caicos, this time on beautiful Long Bay beach.
With the first of nine private villas on the north shore already completed, BE is offering five new custom-designed villas at Long Bay, a three-mile stretch of white sand on the east coast of Providenciales, voted one of the world’s 10 best beaches by Condé Nast Traveler.
BE Long Bay will have a similar design concept to its sister enclave on the island’s north side but adapted to capitalize on its breezier windward location and setting.
The calm, shallow waters of Long Bay are ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and kite surfing and allow the villas to be positioned very close to the sand and water, maximizing the alluring views and barefoot Caribbean lifestyle for owners and guests.
Each Long Bay villa, perched on more than 100 feet of secluded beachfront, will connect contemporary luxury interiors with expansive outdoor spaces via floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors designed to capture the sea breezes.
Owners can choose from two bespoke home designs, each with four- and five-bedroom layouts; ultra-wide living, dining and kitchen areas for casual and formal entertaining; spacious decks; and a private pool.
Villa owners will also benefit from BE’s tailor-made management services and amenities, including an optional rental management program; fitness center and yoga deck; reception; beach amenities; and housekeeping, butler, chef and concierge services.
