‘American Idol’ judge Steven Tyler recently purchased a one-acre, oceanfront estate in Maui with new fiancé Erin Brady. The 3,000 square foot home, which Tyler bought for $4.8 million, was built in 1988 and features 3.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, an infinity-edged saline pool and a floor-to-ceiling aquarium. The home was previously owned by Fred Constant, owner of Constant-Diamond Mountain Vineyard, who told the Wall Street Journal that he sold the home because he didn’t spend enough time at the property.
