The exclusive Turnberry Ocean Club in Sunny Isles, Fla., has revealed details of its highly anticipated three-level private club.

Boasting more than 30,000 square feet of luxury living, the club will start on the 30th floor of the dazzling new residential condominium tower, and feature pools, spas, salons, fitness studios and private dining all at 333 feet above sea level.

Located at 18501 Collins Avenue, Turnberry Ocean Club is gearing up to accept reservations for its uber-stylish waterfront residences ranging from over $4 million to more than $35 million.

“We began with a simple yet powerful idea,” says Jeffrey Soffer, CEO and chairman of Turnberry Associates. “Design and build a collection of luxury oceanfront residences in a tower of glass with such breakthrough views from everywhere that it will defy traditional condominium design and take innovation to new heights.”

A design collaboration between high-profile international architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe, Turnberry Ocean Club is set in a soaring tower of blue glass that absorbs an abundance of natural light and provides expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and Miami skyline.

Arriving at Level 30, guests will enjoy both sunrise and sunset infinity pools, hydrotherapy spas and cabana lounging.

Level 31 will feature indoor and outdoor oceanfront gyms, a Pilates and yoga studio, saunas and steam rooms, a nail and blow dry salon, and a spa with a relaxation room and four treatment rooms.

Level 32 will offer an exclusive social experience with indoor and outdoor private oceanfront dining, a sunset lounge with indoor and outdoor bars, and a unique pet retreat.

Turnberry Ocean Club features 154 residences ranging from 2,900 to over 10,000 square feet, plus terraces, with summer kitchens included in every residence.

The tower rises 649 feet into the skyline with 54 floors highlighting the brand’s private club prestige. In addition to the club level, residents will enjoy contemporary luxury at sea level with a resort-style infinity pool that appears to cascade into the ocean, private ocean views and poolside and beachfront cabanas.

Additional amenities include a private indoor theater, kids club, lobby coffee bar, and lobby restaurant and bar.

Turnberry Ocean Club is set to take reservations in October 2014, begin construction by 2015, and is expected to be completed by 2018,” adds Dan Riordan, Turnberry Associates’ president of residential development.
