Designed by Michael Graves Architecture and Design, the Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fla., development offers a total of 290 private oceanfront residences with plush interiors by Steven G. emulating the decadence of a 1920s cruise liner. Residents have access to a spa, serenity deck and poolside restaurant. The development is also home to Sky Beach, Fort Lauderdale’s first private beach club in the sky. Prices start in the $400,000s.

Sources tell me Terra and Bizzi & Partners Development have assembled a world-class design team for Eighty Seven Park, a new residential development taking shape in Miami Beach’s North Beach. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano will head up the project, Rena Dumas (RDAI) will create the interior and exterior living spaces and West 8 will design the landscapes, featuring a two-acre park. Each of the 70 residences will include expansive gourmet kitchens as well as spacious outdoor terraces with ocean views. Prices start from $2 million.

The Villas at Pinney’s Beach, a new development at Four Seasons Resort Estates Nevis, offers a selection of three- and four-bedroom homes, each with private pools. Ranging from 2,748 to 3,323 square feet, the residences showcase contemporary indoor-outdoor, open-concept living with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. All of the interiors are by New York City’s Champalimaud Design and come fully furnished. Purchase prices start from $3.8 million, with fractional ownership from $400,000.

The Concession Residences, a 1,200-acre and low-density luxury residential community on Florida’s Gulf Coast, reports only 15 of the original 38 lots remain in its Parkstone Estates enclave. “Parkstone offers the exclusive lifestyle, privacy, seclusion and gorgeous views that are so important to our highest-end home buyers,” says Mark Bruce, The Concession Real Estate Company’s director of sales. “We’re also proud to offer one acre-plus parcels, extremely rare in luxury gated communities in southwest Florida.” The remaining lots start at $499,000; home-and-lot packages are priced from $2 million.
