The Athens Group and MSD Partners, L.P. will be transforming the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club into the Naples Beach Club. The 125-acre resort and residential beachfront development will feature a 216-room hotel managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and up to 185 luxury residences. Designed by architectural firm Hart Howerton with interiors by Champalimaud Design, the first phase of homes will include 58 beachfront residences with four beach houses and four penthouses, as well as 12 golf-side residences. Cipriani Residences Miami, Florida

Cipriani is set to launch Cipriani Residences Miami, its first-ever ground-up residences in the United States. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, the 80-story tower will consist of 397 one- to four-bedroom residences, each with ten-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and private outdoor spaces. Select residences will have access to elevators that open directly into the unit. Prices start at $1.1 million, and square footage will range from 1,213 square feet to 3,495 square feet. The Waterfront Daniel Island,South Carolina

East West Partners has launched Phase II of sales at The Waterfront Daniel Island. The newest phase of the 22-acre, mixed-use community will feature three additional residential buildings with 41 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 1,220 to 3,400 square feet and designed by Betsy Berry. Daniel Island boasts 23 miles of shoreline, two golf courses, and parks and trails spanning hundreds of acres. MV Narrative, Residences at Sea

An innovative residential community at sea set to sail in 2024. Storylines’ flagship vessel, MV Narrative, will offer 547 furnished residences on board ranging from 237 to 1,970 square feet.
