Jack’s Bay, an exclusive club and residential community in the Bahamas that already is home to a 10-hole short course by Tiger Woods, broke ground in April on a first-of-its-kind offering: a Nicklaus Heritage® course design. It will be the first property in the world to have a Nicklaus Heritage and Tiger Woods golf course.
