LA CLARA, a 25-story residential building by real estate developer Great Gulf, has broken ground in Palm Beach, Florida. Stantec is the architect of record, working in partnership with design architect Hariri Pontarini Architects. LA CLARA includes 83 residences ranging from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet, all with expansive terraces. The structure’s façade will be contemporary in style, with a muted, neutral palette consisting of stucco, Roman travertine, coral stone, and granite with bronze accents. Prices start at $2 million.
