Designed by design and architecture firm Borges + Associates Architects, the 17-story boutique development features 36 luxurious residences.

AquaBlu offers two- and three-bedroom units – ranging from 2,136 to 3,258 square feet – priced from $1,335,000 to $3,036,200. With almost 60% of its 36 units currently sold, the project is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2018.
